1.ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.3 Delivery of the products
Once Minoxidil confirms payment for the purchase, it will deliver the products within 3 to 5 business days. The shipping tracking code will be sent by email to the account provided by the user, within a period of 2 business days after the purchase. It is not guaranteed that the delivery time will be met exactly, since this will depend on the availability of the products and a third party, for the delivery of the same.
The place of delivery of the product is defined by the user, who undertakes to provide Minoxidil with clear, precise, truthful and timely information. In the event that the user decides to modify the delivery address, once the order is received by the transport company, the user will assume the value of a new order and will not have the right to returns. If the merchandise can be recovered in compliance, and prior to its departure from the city of origin, the user will only assume the value of the new shipment.
If due to its geographical location, in a certain territory, it is not possible to deliver the order, Minoxidil can refuse to accept the purchase offer.
